The AGN is made available to all faculty, staff, and students in need of videoconferencing facilities. While the room may be scheduled for conferences and presentations that do not involve remote participation, preference is given to events that utilize the videoconferencing capabilities of the room. Existing reservations for the AGN that are not videoconferencing-related may be cancelled at any time to make way for events that exploit the full capabilities of the facility. Aside form this exception, time using the AGN is allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
