High Performance Computation and Visualization
The High Performance Computation and Visualization laboratory was founded in 1996. Our researchers consist primarily of graduate students and alumni of the University of Nevada, Reno. Our research areas include bioinformatics and utilizing virtual reality technology to solve real-world problems. Additionally, we are actively developing improved ways to interface to and use existing virtual reality hardware, and refining virtual reality application development.
