MY GRAND PLAN: To fix up this web page (slowly but surely)! [Serious remodeling is underway!]

CURRENTLY: Long since gave up on 3x3 Busy Beaver problem and conceded to the astounding progress by others. My present interest is in the behavior of TurNing Machines. Recent results are in preparation and will be posted soon. (See http://www.cse.unr.edu/~al/TurNingQuestion.html e.g.)

AS A RESULT: Am spending late night hours cursing gcc on my iBook G4 and sometimes watching Craig Ferguson on Late Late TV for comic relief.
