Scope of Conference

The International Conference on Information, Intelligence, and Systems offers theoretical and practical media for the constructive interaction among scientists and practitioners from different research fields (computers, mathematics, physics, biology, medicine, chemistry, engineering, etc) having as goals the development of methodologies and tools for the solution of complex problems in neuroscience and biology, automation and robotics, image, speech and natural languages, and their integration. The conference is organized as four simultaneous single-track symposia.

Special Sessions

Proposals are invited for special sessions on any topic relevant to the symposium. If you are interested in organizing an special session please follow the procedure outlined below:

1. Submit a proposal (topic area) to the appropriate program chair.
2. Upon approval, recruit authors for the session (2 hours, 4/5 papers) and review papers for appropriate topic/contents.
3. Session chair submits abstract *package* of author/title/extended abstracts to the appopriate program chair by May 30.
4. Editorial comments, and official acceptance of the session will be made by the program chair(s) by June 30.


Publication of Papers and Awards

This is a fully refereed conference. The proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Sociery. A collection of best papers will be published in an archival Journal and an Award will be given to each best paper per Symposium.
