How to Run

Windows

Click on the Desktop shortcut titled "IGAP" or run the program through the Programs menu.

Linux

On a command line type "python evolve.py". The optional command lines are:

• -f config/config_file
  • where config_file is one of the yaml files in the config directory.

Bugs

• Pick the Worst or Best
• Do not show duplicates in display

• Show/Visualize/Display constraint violations for each room/component

• How uniform/diverse is the population
• More control by user with Pareto Optimality

Bugs Fixed

• Added refresh button
• How many generations have I evolved?
• Move submit/step button to the left panel
• Add a back button to go back to a prior population
• Allow user to pick and thus spread their favorite design
• scrollable display for seeing entire population
• Add disconnect button
• Allow users to edit peers list from GUI

GUI Issues

• Allow users to restart GA run from GUI
• Size of display panel issues, just right for floorplan, not wide enough for layout
