P. 222, equation 6.22 should read:
sh_x_par = -dop_x/dop_z
sh_y_par = -dop_y/dop_z
P. 222, equation 6.25 should read:
S_par = S( 2/(u_max-u_min), 2/(v_max-v_min), 1/(F-B) )
P. 233, line 3: the translation should read:
T( x_v.min, y_v.min, z_v.min )
P. 258 ff.: All references to SPHIGS routine SPH_setLocalTransformation should be replaced with the correct routine name, SPH_setModelingTransformation.
All references to the REPLACE value for the second parameter of this routine should be replaced with the correct value, ASSIGN (references to PRECONCATENATE and POSTCONCATENATE appear to be correct).
The description of this routine and its parameter values appears to be correct in the SPHIGS for ANSI-C manual distributed with Part 1 of the course notes.
