EndNote Web Free for UNR Users Free Alternatives to EndNote EndNote Web Using EndNote with the UNR Library Catalog Zotero - Free Firefox plugin Connotea - Free online reference management for all researchers. Nothing to download. CiteULike - Free service for managing and discovering scholarly references >Web-based bibliography manager that can create your bibliography in seconds. For you hard-core TeX users try BibTeX with LaTeX: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BibTeX http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LaTeX
It has a much more "mac-like" feel to it than Endnote, it doesn't take an hour to update your bibliography, AND you can export right from Papers to Bookends if you have both.
Highly recommend. It's like iTunes only for PDF files -- especially useful if you're in the sciences.
