Off-Campus Email Access

Several Engineering professors use Gmail for their primary mail account. Some like it for the large quota, some for the better search capabilities.

Here are the options to access your Exchange mail from off-campus:

http://owa.unr.edu - access Exchange mail from any web browser in the world
Configure Outlook for off-campus access using RPC over HTTP
With Terminal Services you can run Outlook on a UNR server using Remote Desktop

Using Terminal Services in conjunction with storing your data and documents on the UNR NAS server you can easily access your data, documents, and mail from both on-campus and off-campus.
