1. Walk moderately for full 30 minutes 5 days per week (best) or 45 minutes on 3 days per week (second best). Some warm-up stretching and twisting is great before walking, and keep warm and loose at all times. |
|
2. Eat vegetables and fruits at each meal, some raw (but always cook
broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts, and broccoflower). An apple a day cleans out your Lead, Mercury, Vanadium, etc., as does cider vinegar, grape vinegar, red wine, or grapes. Raw or cooked tomatoes are extra healthy. |
3. Eat chicken, turkey, and seafood, and also some beef or pork. Do not eat fish, including tuna, more than once per week to keep lead, mercury, vanadium, and other chemicals, low.
4. Get 8 to 9 hours of sleep each night (more if you are very tired).
It is healthier to go to bed earlier and get up earlier. You also need some sunshine in early morning or late afternoon for biochemical balance. |
5. Eat some salt on your food (iodized salt, or true salt from your health food store (with magnesium and other minerals). Eat butter but avoid magarine. Salted nuts are a great snack.
6. Eat big breakfasts, moderate lunches, and small dinners (less dinner
prevents the sapping of vigor and onset of diabetic conditions) |
7. Take a multi-vitamin pill with minerals 3-4 days per week. Take 625 mg of EDTA on those days (ethylene-diaminetetraacetic acid) to clean blood vessel plaque so blood pressure is lower. [EDTA at Wonder Labs., White House, TN 37188] |
