Grading

You will be graded on your project's design, implementation, and presentation. Each individual on a team will be graded according to the following formula.

\begin{displaymath}\mbox{Numeric grade} = \frac{1}{m}\sum_{i=1}^{m} d_i
+ \fra...
...}{s}\sum_{i=1}^{s} p_i
+ \frac{1}{n-1}\sum_{i = 1}^{n-1} t_i
\end{displaymath}

Where n, m, s are the number of members on your team, on your design and code reviews, and on your presentation review, respectively. di are the grades from the design review of your design document. The first term is thus the average of grades received from your reviewers. Reviewers will be your team members and one or two members from other teams. ci are the grades from your code review (same explanation as for design review). p is the grade from your team presentation. This will also be the average of grades obtained from a review panel composed of faculty and team members from other teams. ti is the grade your ith team member gives you. So the last term in the equation is the average grade you get from your team members.
