• Write a simple reactive controller for navigating a cigarette boat from its current location to a given location in the lagoon world. The boat should avoid other boats/traffic in the world.

• This is the first (and simple part) of a two part assignment. The purpose of the assignment is to gain familiarity with the Lagoon system and its interfaces so you can program in the environment. You will have to program in Python so this is also an opportunity to learn python. You will want to look at the Python tutorial . I expect you will like the language.
