•  Researched and developed a new feature extraction method for face recognition and facial expression recognition.              

         Computer Vision Researcher, Eye-Com Corp., Reno, NV, June, 2010 - Dec, 2012

• Developed several head mounted gaze tracking methods and achieved the state-of-the-art performance, i.e., the error of 0.5°. Specifically, proposed a novel gaze tracking method that requires only one calibration point.

• Proposed and developed several color-based face recognition methods outperforming many state-of-the-art methods on FRGC version 2 experiment 4.
