Dal with Spinach

Thank Mom. This is a family recipe.

Preparation

Pressure cook the dal and spinach. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (dont' complain about missing ingredients) before you start the pressured cooking. Pressure cook for five minutes after it starts hissing loudly. If your pressure cooker is different, pressure cook until the first pressure release (one whistle?). Don't forget the salt.

Add crushed cumin to dal spinach mix and heat for 60000 milliseconds.

Fry onion with chili in tablespoon of oil. Add to dal and spinach mix. Heat until hot and serve.
