Nevada Regional Professional Development Programs
Reno, Elko and Las Vegas, Nevada · Website
The Nevada Legislature created the RPDPs in 1999 (SB 555) as the state's regional providers of professional learning for teachers and administrators. Each region is governed by its superintendents, master teachers, higher-education and Department of Education representatives. They offer courses, coaching, PLCs and district-requested training aligned with Nevada's academic content and professional learning standards.
