A cross-sector food policy coalition whose roots go back to a 2011 Three Square Food Bank convening, now hosted at UNR Extension in Las Vegas. Members come from local government, health, education, agriculture and nonprofits. It develops food-policy recommendations, runs public education, and maintains planning tools such as a healthy food access map and a vacant-land inventory. Subcommittees cover research, policy, school wellness, statewide data, tribal food distribution and rural outreach.
