Nevada's second-largest school district, covering Reno, Sparks and rural Washoe County from Gerlach to Incline Village. Its CTE department runs programs of study in every traditional high school under a 'CTE for All' model introduced in 2025-26, plus two dedicated career academies (AACT and Debbie Smith CTE Academy), with internships, student organizations and dual enrollment.
